Our Flexible Prices
Our prices range from around £400 to £1,000. But don’t worry, you don’t have to negotiate with us.
We no longer do this for a living; we do it for the love of the music. So for us, the money isn’t really the thing.
The various agencies we are with expect us to charge rates commensurate with our level of musicianship and experience – but if you book us direct … we can cut you a deal!
If you’re interested in booking the band just get in touch and tell us about you, tell us all about your event, tell us all about your budget .. and then, as they reputedly said about Frank, we’ll make you an offer you can’t refuse!
What You Can Expect
WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU:
You will find us very friendly and excruciatingly easy-going.
All we need from you is an address and what time you want us on – and enough space for “three musicians and a drummer” (old jazz joke) and one plug hole.
(The odd mushroom vol-au-vent would be nice but not mandatory).
We don’t need a deposit, just cash or bank transfer on the night.
If something happens and you have to cancel, just let us know as soon as you can. No penalty clauses. We’re Jazz musicians!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
Above all … NO FUSS! We are no spring chickens, there are no egos, and we don’t sweat the small stuff.
If you want a contract we can send you a contract; but really, just an exchange of emails is good enough to confirm a booking firmly.
We will turn up on time, stay out of the way, set up and sound check in about 45 minutes.
We can play recorded music before we go on, during our break and after we come off, or, you can plug your own music into our excellent P.A.
If you have a favourite song you want us to learn just tell us.
We’ve each been doing this for 50 years; if your book us then the last thing you’ll have to worry about when organising your party will be the band!
We have public liability insurance up £1M and our equipment is all PAT tested.
